Accessibility goal
The product is being developed toward WCAG 2.2 level AA as a practical benchmark. That is a target, not a claim that every page currently conforms.
Measures already built into the site
- A skip link and semantic page landmarks.
- Labels for checker controls and descriptive link text.
- Keyboard-operable native form controls and buttons.
- A responsive layout intended to support mobile screens and browser zoom.
- Text explanations that do not rely only on colour to communicate a result.
Current testing limits
DelayDesk has automated keyboard-focus and mobile-browser checks for the core checker, but has not completed independent assistive-technology testing, every supported browser and device combination, or a documented WCAG conformance review. External airline, regulator, ADR and partner sites are outside DelayDesk's control.
These limitations must be reassessed after final hosting, fonts, consent controls and any third-party scripts are added.

The operator will aim to acknowledge a report and explain the next step. No fixed response time is promised.
