Following an airline, regulator, ADR or commercial link takes you to a separate website. That website may ask for consent or use storage under its own notice. DelayDesk does not control storage created after you leave this site.
What must happen before this changes
DelayDesk must audit and document any new cookie, pixel, tag, local-storage key, link-decoration script or similar technology before enabling it. The public notice must identify the provider, purpose, data, duration and available control.
A narrowly configured statistical tool may only be used without prior consent when it satisfies the current legal exception, produces aggregate statistics solely to improve the service, avoids individual tracking and advertising, and provides a simple free way to object. Advertising measurement, affiliate conversion tracking, profiling and cross-site tracking require prior consent before the relevant technology loads.
Your controls
There is currently no non-essential DelayDesk storage to accept or reject. If that changes, the site must provide an appropriate consent or objection control here and link to it from the relevant interface. Browser controls can also delete or block stored information, but they do not replace a control the law requires the operator to provide.
